• Client is sending us filled informational Company Incorporation Form by e-mail

• We are preparing and sending draft of the Power of Attorney to the Client

• Client is sending us Notarized and Apostiled (or Legalized) Power of Attorney and Notarized and Apostiled (or Legalized) copy of his/her passport;

• Upon receipt of the original Power of Attorney from the client we are drafting necessary documents and submitting application for company registration; Company will be registered next business day after submission;

• As soon as the company is registered we are sending client another draft of Power of Attorney which is required for opening bank accounts of the Company;

• Client is sending us Notarized and Apostiled (or Legalized) Power of Attorney for opening bank accounts of the Company;
